摘要
公共卫生间是基础卫生设施之一。公共卫生间内人员流动性大,设备及用具供公众重复使用,易造成疾病传播。本文基于新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控需要,分析公共卫生间新型冠状病毒传播的关键风险点位,探讨使用者和公共卫生间管理者个人行为与感染的风险,从改进公共卫生间的设计,完善现有的卫生标准和卫生设施,加强通风换气、清洁消毒和个人防护等方面提出公共卫生间疫情防控建议。
Public restrooms are one of the most basic sanitary facilities for the public and have the characteristics of high mobility and repeated use of equipment and utensils,which may easily cause cross contamination and disease transmission.Based on the needs for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic,this article analyzes the key risk points of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in public restrooms,discusses the personal behaviors and infection risks of users and public restroom managing staff,and proposes the prevention and control suggestions for public restrooms from the aspects of improving the design of public restrooms,perfecting existed hygienic standards and hygienic facilities,and strengthening ventilation,cleaning,disinfection and personal protection.As one of the basic sanitary facilities,public restrooms tend to transmit disease duo to large people mobility and reusable equipment and appliances.Based on the needs of the prevention and control of COVID-19,this article analyzed the key risk points of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in public restrooms,and discussed the association of personal behaviors with the risk of infection for users and restroom attendants.Suggestions on prevention and control measures were proposed for public restrooms from the aspects of improving the design of public restrooms,perfecting existing hygienic standards and facilities,strengthening ventilation,cleaning and disinfection,and personal protection.
