摘要
自然保护区开展自然教育活动有助于提高全民生态保护意识,是推进生态文明建设的重要举措。以江苏盐城湿地珍禽国家级自然保护区为例,系统分析了开展自然教育的有利条件、制约因素和探索实践,并提出自然教育高质量发展策略。结果表明:保护区具有资源丰富、知名度高、设施完善、文化深厚、区位优越等有利条件。制约因素包括功能布局不合理、自然教育体系不完善、生态安全威胁。保护区在精品课程和教程开发、特色自然教育径设计、人才队伍培养、新旧媒体融合和湿地科普教育等方面开展深入探索实践。提出了构建先进的管理模式、建立科学的运行机制、打造系统的自然教育体系、探索社区化的示范推广等方面的发展策略。
Natural education in the nature reserves helps to improve the public awareness of ecological protection,it is a important measure to promote ecological civilization construction.The National Nature Reserve of Rare Birds in Yancheng Wetlands of Jiangsu was take as an example,many favorable conditions,restrictive factors and exploratory practices of developing natural education were analyzed and evaluated,some development strategies were proposed.The Reserve had the advantages of rich resources,high popularity,advanced facilities,rich culture and convenient transportation.The constraints of natural education were inappropriate functional demarcation,imperfect natural education system and threats to ecological safety.The explorations and practices of natural education were the design of high quality courses and tutorials,the design of featured natural education,the training of personnel,the integration of new and old media and the science education of wetland.Strategies were proposed for developing advanced management models,establishing scientific operating mechanism,creating a natural education system and exploring community-based natural education.These strategies provided experiences for other nature reserves in natural education.
