数字孪生椒江防洪“四预”应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对椒江流域山区河流、平原河网、感潮河段、洪泛区均存在的水系及易受台风影响的洪涝格局,根据数字孪生流域的要求,开发符合数字孪生标准的水利专业模型服务组件,建设预报调度一体化系统,对模型计算所需的多源数据开发多源数据融合平台。根据防洪“四预”业务需求,开发知识平台,实现对调度规则、历史洪水的知识推送功能;建立椒江流域273个子流域、112条河流、2 112个计算断面、84 900个二维计算网格、17个控制单元的流域预报调度一体化模型。该系统经过多场次台风暴雨检验,运行效率较高,对全国沿海地区防洪“四预”应用建设具有借鉴意义。 In view of the complex water systems of mountainous rivers,plain river networks,tidal reaches and floodplains,as well as the flood situation easily affected by typhoons in the Jiaojiang River Basin,a professional hydrological modeling service components in accordance with digital twin standard are developed and an integrated forecasting and scheduling system is built based on the requirements of digital twin basins.Meanwhile,a multi-source data fusion platform for multi-source data needed by modeling calculation is developed.According to the requirements of“four pre”for flood control business,a knowledge platform is established to implement the knowledge push functions for scheduling rules and historical floods.An integrated basin forecasting and scheduling integration model for the Jiaojiang River Basin is established,including 112 rivers,2112 cross-sections,84900 two-dimensional meshes and 17 control units in 273 sub-basins.The application system has been proven to be more effi cient after being tested by multiple typhoons and storms,which has a model signifi cance in the application and construction of“four pre”flood control system in domestic coastal areas.
