基于电流异常感知的配电网漏电抢修管控系统设计

摘要 为提高配电网漏电抢修的效率,提出一种基于电流异常感知的配电网漏电抢修管控系统设计。系统的感知层通过采集单元采集配电网运行过程中的电流和电压信号,并通过网络层的通信单元将采集的信号加密后传送至应用层,应用层对采集的信号实行解密、分类处理后,基于量测数据驱动和支持向量数据描述辨识电流异常信号,基于差分阈值算法判断配电网漏电风险并发送风险预警,从而及时对漏电处进行抢修。测试结果表明:该系统具备配电网电流信号的采集能力,传输速率快,保密中断概率低,能够实时、全面完成配电网的漏电预警和及时抢修。 In order to improve the efficiency of leakage repair in distribution network,a design of leakage repair management and control system for distribution network based on current anomaly perception is proposed.The sensing layer of the system collects the current and voltage signals during the operation of the distribution network through the acquisition unit,and encrypts the collected signals through the communication unit of the network layer and sends them to the application layer.After the application layer decrypts and classifies the collected signals,it identifies the abnormal current signals based on the measurement data drive and support vector data description,and judges the leakage risk of the distribution network based on the differential threshold algorithm and sends a risk warning,so as to repair the leakage place in time.The test results show that the system has the ability to collect the current signal of distribution network,with fast transmission rate and low probability of confidentiality interruption,and can complete the leakage warning and timely repair of distribution network in real time and comprehensively.
