摘要
目的系统梳理荠菜及其药用部位古今药用与食用历史,为荠菜药食两用价值挖掘、药用地位恢复、资源综合开发利用与产业链延伸提供理论参考。方法采用文献法,对本草、方剂、农书、养生等著作中荠菜及其药用部位的记载进行系统整理,梳理荠菜古今药用与食用历史。结果在历代古籍记载中,荠菜及其药用部位具有多方面的药食同源功效,可用于内外妇儿眼各科的治疗;在现代研究中,荠菜具有食用、药用、饲用价值,在食品加工业、功能性产品开发、化妆品领域表现出优质潜力。结论荠菜是一味分布广泛、功效齐全的药食同源中药材,基于其文献记载具有广阔的应用前景和利用价值。
Objective To systematically review the medical and edible history of Capsella bursa-pastoris(L.)Medic.(Shepherd’s purse),so as to provide a theoretical reference for the mining of medicinal and edible value,the recovery of medicinal status,the comprehensive development and utilization of resources and the extension of industrial chain.Methods Documentary study was performed to systematically arrange the records listed in books on Chinese medicine,herbal prescriptions,agriculture,health preservation of Shepherd’s purse and its medicinal parts,as well as its ancient and modern history used as medicinal and edible plant.Results In the records of ancient books,Shepherd’s purse and its medicinal parts have many medicinal and edible effects,thus can be used in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and ophthalmology.In modern research,Shepherd’s purse has edible,medicinal and feeding value,and shows excellent potential in food processing industry,development of functional products and cosmetics field.Conclusion Shepherd’s purse is a medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine with wide distribution and versatile efficacy.Based on its literature records,it has broad application prospects and utilization value.
