摘要
随着人口老龄化进程,老年人健康问题日益突出,碎片化的医疗服务不能满足老年人的需求,老年人照护模式应从以疾病为中心向以功能为中心转变。健康老龄化指发展和维护老年人功能发挥的过程,由内在能力、环境以及两者间相互作用决定。针对内在能力的干预,目前相关研究不多。该文主要对内在能力的临床实践进行综述,以期为老年人健康管理提供参考。
With the aging of the population,the health problem of the elderly is becoming more and more prominent.Fragmented medical services cannot meet the needs of the elderly.The care model for the elderly should be transformed from disease-centered to function-centered.Healthy aging refers to the process of developing and maintaining the functional ability of the elderly,which is determined by internal capacity,environment and the interaction between them.There are few related studies on the intervention of intrinsic capacity.This article mainly reviews the clinic practice of intrinsic capacity,in order to provide reference for the health management of the elderly.
