机械化学法制备载铝活性炭对矿井水的除氟性能研究

摘要 我国西部煤炭主产区矿井水中氟化物(F-)超标问题逐年加重,已严重制约了矿区的可持续发展,提出有效的F去除技术是提高矿井水利用效率的关键。通过机械化学法一步固相反应制备了负载氧化铝的活性炭(Al_(2)O_(3)/C)吸附剂,该方法可同时实现Al_(2)O_(3)和活性炭的活化和吸附剂制备,制备过程不产生废液废渣,能耗低。Al_(2)O_(3)/C投加量为10 g/L时,pH值为5~10对水中F去除率可达到75%以上;高浓度SO_(4)^(2-)(-3000 mg/L)、Cl(-3000 mg/L)和腐殖酸对F去除影响很小,但HCO_(3)^(-)浓度为1000 mg/L时,F去除率下降至23.8%,矿井水中的HCO_(3)^(-)达到730 mg/L,对Al_(2)O_(3)/C除氟抑制作用明显,F去除率最高达到53.5%,因此在工程实践中应对矿井水进行预处理降低HCO_(3)^(-)的不利影响。Al_(2)O_(3)/C对F的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型。Al_(2)O_(3)/C除氟性能与其比表面积和孔径无关,主要依赖于表面负载的Al_(2)O_(3),X射线光电子能谱结果表明:Al-F键的形成是除氟的主要机理。 The problem of excessive fluoride(F-)in coal mining water in the main coal producing areas of western China is getting worse year by year,which has seriously restricted the green and sustainable develop⁃ment of mining areas,and effective F-removal technology is crucial to improve the utilization of coal min⁃ing water.The aluminum oxide loaded activated carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)/C)adsorbent was prepared by mechanochemical one-step solid-phase reaction,which could realize the activation of Al_(2)O_(3) and activated carbon and the prepa⁃ration of adsorbent at the same time,and the preparation process would not produce waste liquid and resi⁃due,and the energy consumption was low.When the dosage of Al_(2)O_(3)/C was 10 g/L,the F-removal in water reached over 75%in the pH range of 5~10.High concentrations of SO_(4)^(2-)(3000 mg/L),Cl^(-)(3000 mg/L)and humic acid have little effect on F-removal,but when HCO_(3)^(-)concentration was 1000 mg/L,the F-removal rate drops to 23.8%.The HCO3-concentration in coal mining water was 730 mg/L,which had a significant inhibit effect on fluoride removal by Al_(2)O_(3)/C,and the F-removal could reach up to 53.5%.therefore,the coal mining water should be pretreated in industrial applications to reduce the adverse effect of HCO3-.The adsorption process of F-on Al_(2)O_(3)/C was fitted well with the quasi-secondary kinetic model and the Langmuir isothermal model.The fluorine removal performance of Al_(2)O_(3)/C is independent of its specific surface area and pore size,but depends on the loaded Al_(2)O_(3),and the X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy results showed that the formation of Al-F bonds was mainly account for fluoride removal.
