摘要
桓仁水电站1号机组原转轮设计水头为90~125 m,不适用实际水头45~59 m,投运后远达不到额定出力72.5 MW。1974—1996年,先后进行了2次转轮更换、2次叶片切割共4次转轮改造,机组出力虽有所提高,但转轮汽蚀、裂纹仍很严重,机组振动、摆度增大,严重威胁着机组的安全稳定。2016年对转轮等主要部件进行了重新设计、制造。2017年,进行了更换,运行至今安全稳定,全面探伤检查,未发现汽蚀、裂纹。转轮更换后效率最高可达94.25%、最大出力78 MW、耗水率降低0.428 m^(3)(/kW·h)。
The Huanren Hydropower Station Unit 1 was originally designed to operate at the runner head of 90~125 m,which is not applicable to the actual head of 45~59 m.Unit 1,when put into operation,has been operating at a level far from the rated output of 72.5 MW.From 1974 to 1996,the unit underwent run⁃ner replacement twice,and runner renovation 4 times involving blade cutting twice.Despite increased output,the unit has been challenged by some safety concerns,such as runner cavitation,serious cracking,violent vi⁃bration and swing.The runner and other main components were subject to further design and manufacture in 2016.After runner replacement in 2017,the unit has been operating well with no cavitation and crack being identified from non-destructive test.The new runner can operate at the max.efficiency of 94.25%,the max.output of 78MW,and water consumption rate down 0.428 m^(3)/(kW·h).
