原油直接制化学品技术变革对我国煤制烯烃的影响分析

摘要 “双碳”背景下成品油市场增长乏力,我国石化企业正在大规模进行由燃料型炼厂向化工型炼厂的战略转型,“减油增化”趋势明显,烯烃和芳烃是主要发展方向,国内外石化企业积极布局原油直接制化学品项目。原油直接制化学品技术是石化企业的下一个发展方向,将重塑石油化工行业,从上游原料端来看,我国新的烯烃竞争格局将演变为以油气增长为主,形成对煤制化学品的竞争压力,煤化工行业面临前所未有的减排压力,需要扬长避短,走差异化发展路线,打造低碳产业园区和多能协同产业集群,实现现代煤化工产业转型发展。 To deal with the sluggish refined oil market amid the implementation of"Carbon peaking and car⁃bon neutrality"strategy,China's petrochemical enterprises are undergoing a large-scale strategic transforma⁃tion from fuel-based refineries to chemical-based refineries,along with obvious reduction in oil production and increase in chemical production.As olefins and aromatics are two main dominants,domestic and foreign petrochemical enterprises are losing no time in scheduling crude oil to chemicals projects.The crude oil to chemicals technology will guide the further development of petrochemical enterprises by reshaping the petro⁃chemical industry.In view of the upstream feedstock utilization,China will embrace a new olefin competition pattern featuring the increase in the oil&gas production,thus challenging the coal to chemicals sector.Thereby,the coal chemical industry is facing the unprecedented pressure in emission reduction.To cope with it,it is necessary to develop our own strong points to pursue development in a diversified way,and build the low-carbon industrial parks and synergize the industrial clusters to advance the economic transformation of modern coal chemical industry.
