摘要
随着稀土铁合金产品种类和应用领域的不断开发,供需双方对检测的需求日益明显增加。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定稀土铁合金中钨、钼、钛含量。实验考察了样品的均匀性、样品分解酸用量及共存离子的干扰情况,选择了合适仪器条件和分析谱线,确定了各元素测定范围。实验结果表明:方法的相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率在93%~108%之间,能满足产品检测要求。实验方法适用于镝铁、钆铁、铈铁、钬铁、钇铁等稀土铁合金产品检测需求。
With the continuous development of rare earth ferroalloy products and application fields,the demand for testing by both supply and demand sides is increasing obviously.The contents of tungsten,molybdenum and titanium in rare earth ferroalloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The uniformity of the sample,the amount of decomposed acid and the interference of coexisting ions were investigated experimentally,and the appropriate instrument conditions and analytical spectral lines were selected to determine the determination range of each element.The experimental results show that the relative standard deviation of the method is less than 3%,and the recovery rate is between 93%and 108%,which can meet the requirements of product testing.The experimental method is suitable for the detection requirements of rare earth ferroalloy products such as dysprosium iron,gadolinium iron,cerium iron,holmium iron and yttrium iron.
