摘要
近年来智能汽车的兴起和发展,让“人车交互”不再局限于车内的中控、仪表、抬头显示等界面载体,而是逐渐从车内延伸到车外,交互对象也从驾驶员与乘客扩展到车外行人与其他交通参与者。车外人机交互界面(external Human-Machine Interaction,eHMI)概念的出现,让智能汽车与行人之间的沟通拥有了显性载体,对于改善车机与行人的交互具有重大意义。本文首先针对智能车车外屏的人机界面设计理论进行研究,提出了以人—车—环境三者关系为主体的车外交互系统设计框架,并且结合车外交互的典型场景流程对车外屏人机界面的设计需求进行了研究。在此基础上,对智能汽车车外人机界面的信息架构及界面设计进行了探讨和实践。在产出设计原型后,利用Arduino单片机、LED显示屏等硬件及相关软件,在实验室环境下对车外交互系统进行了显示媒介的规划和硬件方面的设计实现。最后,对原型设计进行了可用性测试。基于所获得的主观数据统计分析,得到用户对两种不同车灯表情实现方案以及车外显示位置、显示方式的实际感受及青睐程度。
In recent years,with the rise and development of intelligent vehicles,“human-vehicle interaction”is no longer limited to interface carriers such as central control,instrument and head display in the car,but gradually extends from inside the car to outside the car,and the interaction objects are also extended from drivers and passengers to outsiders and other traffic participants.The emergence of the concept of external Human-machine Interaction(eHMI)makes the communication between intelligent vehicles and pedestrians have a dominant carrier,which is of great significance to improve the Interaction between vehicles and pedestrians.This paper firstly studies the human-machine interface design theory of the exterior screen of intelligent vehicle,and puts forward the design framework of the vehicle diplomacy interaction system based on the human-machine interface of the exterior screen of intelligent vehicle,and studies the design requirements of the exterior screen of vehicle diplomacy interaction based on the typical scene flow.On the basis of this,the information architecture and interface design of intelligent vehicle human-machine interface are discussed and practiced.After the design prototype was produced,the display media planning and hardware design of the vehicle diplomacy interactive system were carried out in the laboratory environment by using Arduino microcontroller,LED display and other hardware and related software.Finally,the prototype design was tested for usability.Based on the statistical analysis of the subjective data obtained,the actual feeling and favor degree of users are obtained for the two different realization schemes of headlight expression as well as the display position and display mode outside the car.
