摘要
随着综合能源系统的迅速发展,用户侧从单一的电负荷转变为冷热电多能耦合负荷,而针对多能负荷特性及需求响应潜力的研究也越来越受到电力公司的重视,因此提出了一种基于两阶段聚类分析的综合能源用户需求响应潜力分析方法。首先进行考虑用户典型负荷曲线的一次聚类,对数据进行特征提取与降维,并在此基础上进行考虑用户用能模式的二次聚类。最后通过仿真分析表明该方法能较好地深入挖掘综合能源系统的用能负荷特性和需求响应潜力,为综合能源系统需求响应规划的制定提供了新的思路。
With the rapid development of China's comprehensive energy system,the user side has changed from a single electric load to a multi-energy coupling load of cold,heat,and electricity,and the research on the characteristics of multi-energy load and demand response potential has been paid more and more attention by power companies.Therefore,a comprehensive energy user demand response potential analysis method based on two-stage cluster analysis is proposed.Firstly,a clustering considering the typical load curve of users is carried out to extract features and reduce the dimensionality of the data.Then,on this basis,the sub-clustering considering the user's energy consumption mode is carried out.Finally,simulation analysis shows that the proposed method can better explore the energy load characteristics and demand response potential of the integrated energy system,and provides a new idea for the formulation of the demand response planning of the integrated energy system.
