基于卓越工程师创新能力培养的固体废物处理与处置课程思政改革与探析

摘要 固体废物处理与处置是环境科学、环境工程等专业的核心课程。面对环保产业的迅速发展和人才竞争的日趋激烈,传统教育在卓越工程师培养方面已经不能满足培养高素质创新型复合人才的需求。为充分培养卓越工程师并发挥专业课的思政育人作用,践行习近平总书记关于课程思政的重要指示精神,课题组研究了固体废物处理与处置课程传统教学存在的问题,通过梳理教学内容,改革教学模式、教学评价方式,筛选出合适的思政案例并将其润物无声地融入专业课程教学中,从而在完成知识传授和能力培养的同时,实现思政教育的双重教学目标,为创新型人才培养提供新思路和新方法。 Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal is a core course in environmental science and environmental engi⁃neering.In face of the rapid development of the environmental protection industry and the increasingly fierce com⁃petition for talents,in the aspect of training outstanding engineers,the traditional education can no longer meet the demand for training high-quality,innovative and complex talent.In order to cultivate excellent engineers and give full play to the role of professional teaching in ideological and political education and to practice the impor⁃tant instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping on ideological and political education in specialized courses,this paper studied the problems in the traditional teaching of Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal,and through sorting out the teaching contents,improving the teaching mode and teaching evaluation method,and choosing the appro⁃priate ideological and political education into the professional teaching,the dissemination of the professional knowledge and the cultivation of the ability were accomplished,at the same time,the dual teaching objectives of ideological and political education was achieved,then new ideas and methods were provided for the cultivation of innovative talents.
