摘要
随着环保要求的提高,天然气、焦炉气等其他原料的合成氨装置不断增加,在合成氨生产过程中,产生了大量的酸性气体(H_(2)S)。该酸性气具有污染大、浪费严重、环境影响大等特点,通过对H_(2)S排放进行治理,并将其用于尿素装置合成氨的生产中,可以实现降低企业生产成本、减少环境污染和资源浪费,同时提高了尿素生产的产品质量,产生了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,there are more and more synthetic ammonia plants using natural gas,coke oven gas and other raw materials.In the process of synthetic ammonia production,a large amount of acid gas(H_(2)S)is produced.The acid gas has the characteristics of big pollution,serious waste and great environmental impact.By controlling H_(2)S emission and using it in the production of synthetic ammonia in urea plant,the production cost of enterprises can be reduced,environmental pollution and resource waste can be reduced,and the product quality of urea production can be improved,resulting in better economic and social benefits.
