摘要
于2022年9月开始对怒江州2018~2022年核桃种子采收与供应、苗木育苗与产量、核桃栽培面积与产量产值、核桃加工企业状况进行了全面调查。结果表明:2018~2022年全州核桃种子采收量和用种量逐年增加,种子总采收量达1100591 kg,实际用种量1016666 kg,种子采收量满足实际用种需要;2018~2022年怒江州核桃育苗总面积逐年上升,但是涨幅不大,2022年核桃产苗量较2018年上涨近1/2;2022年怒江州核桃栽培面积较2018年增加100万亩,但是产量和产值未加明显增加;目前,怒江州核桃加工以粗加工为主,粗加工企业数量占总数量的96.12%,深加工企业占比仅为3.88%。怒江州核桃种子与苗木供应稳定,用种量和产苗量逐年增加,全州核桃栽培面积不断扩大。但是,全州核桃产量与产值增幅较小,且核桃深加工企业数量有限,为此,提出了应加强核桃栽培管理,提高挂果率和品质,并对核桃产业结构进行积极调整,促进增产增收的建议。
Walnut seedlings,cultivation and processing enterprises in Nujiang Prefecture is investigated.In September 2022,a comprehensive investigation will be conducted on walnut seed collection and supply,seedling breeding and output,walnut cultivation area and output value,and walnut processing enterprises in Nujiang Prefecture from 2018 to 2022.The result show that from 2018 to 2022,the walnut seed harvest and seed consumption increased year by year,with the total seed harvest reaching 1100591kg,and the actual seed consumption reaching 1016666kg,which met the actual seed demand;The total area of walnut seedlings in Nujiang Prefecture increased year by year from 2018 to 2022,but the increase was not large.The walnut seedling production in 2022 increased by nearly half compared with that in 2018;In 2022,the walnut cultivation area in Nujiang Prefecture will increase by 1 million mu compared with 2018,but the yield and output value will not increase significantly;At present,the walnut processing in Nujiang Prefecture mainly focuses on rough processing.The number of rough processing enterprises accounts for 96.12%of the total number,while the proportion of deep processing enterprises is only 3.88%.The supply of walnut seeds and seedlings in Nujiang Prefecture is stable;the amount of seeds and seedlings increased year by year,and the cultivation area of walnut in Nujiang Prefecture is expanding.However,the growth of walnut production and output value in the prefecture is relatively small,and the number of walnut deep processing enterprises is limited,which suggests that the cultivation and management of walnut should be strengthened;the fruit bearing rate and quality should be improved,and the industrial structure of walnut should be actively adjusted to increase production and income.
