摘要
针对传统矿用馈电状态开关传感器存在的检测电压范围小、检测灵敏度低等问题,提出了采用矿用射频同轴电缆作为感应天线,进入高压配电装置内部进行馈电检测的传感器设计方案。与传统传感器相比,该新型传感器更稳定高效,能准确检测到高压配电装置负荷端的带电状态,从而精准判断控制器对机电设备的断电命令是否有效执行,降低煤矿因断电命令执行不到位导致的触电事故发生,为煤矿的安全高效生产提供保障。
In response to the problems of small detection voltage range and low detection sensitivity of traditional mining feed state switch sensors,a sensor design scheme is proposed that uses mining RF coaxial cables as induction antennas to enter the high-voltage distribution device for feed detection.Compared with traditional sensors,this new type of sensor is more stable and efficient,and can accurately detect the live state of the load end of the high-voltage distribution device,thereby accurately judging whether the controller has effectively executed the power outage command of the mechanical and electrical equipment,reducing the occurrence of electric shock accidents caused by inadequate execution of power outage commands in coal mines,and providing guarantees for safe and efficient production in coal mines.
