摘要
习近平在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调了思政课教师的素养问题,指出思政课教师需要具备“六要”素养。培育思想政治理论课(以下简称“思政课”)教师“六要”素养符合思政课教师的属性规定,契合思想政治教育对象的现实需求,也是思政课发展的关键所在。以胜任力特征理论为借鉴,培育思政课教师“六要”素养符合理论逻辑。思政课教师要明确动机,追寻高尚的政治信仰;省视自我,培养真挚的教学情怀;提升技能,培养科学的思维方式;丰富知识,培养广阔的知识视野;改善特质,培养严格的自律素养;定位角色,培育高尚的人格魅力。
The quality of ideological and political education teachers in school was stressed by President Xi Jinping in a meeting with school ideological and political education teachers,and he pointed out the six key quality elements of ideological and political education teachers.Based on competency characteristic theory,this essay discussed the quality improvement of ideological and political education teachers from six elements:setting up clear goal and political faith,having authentic passion about teaching,improving teaching skills and scientific thinking,enriching their knowledge;improving quality and being self-disciplinary,cultivating noble personality.
