摘要 传统吊卡的液压管路多结构复杂,冬季气温低时动作缓慢滞后。为了满足油田修井作业需要,研制了一种由开关门装置和翻转装置组成的新型自动翻转电动吊卡。该吊卡最大的优势是摒弃了行业内的液压驱动方式,采用电机驱动,实现了全新的吊卡电动化模式。有限元软件分析表明,该吊卡翻转耳板最大变形处位移为1.189 mm,传动轴最大处变形位移仅为0.1231 mm,整体结构强度高,承载力大,安全可靠。 The hydraulic pipelines of traditional elevators have complex structures,and the movement is slow and lag when the temperature is low in winter.In order to meet the needs of oilfield workover operations,a new type of automatic flipping electric elevator composed of a door opening and closing device and a flipping device has been developed.The biggest advantage of this elevator is that it abandons the hydraulic drive mode in the industry,and the drives used are all motors,which realizes a brandnew elevator electrification mode.According to the analysis of finite element software,the maximum deformation displacement of the elevator overturning lug plate is 1.189 mm,and the maximum deformation displacement of the transmission shaft is only 0.1231 mm.The overall structural strength is high,the bearing capacity is large,and it is safe and reliable.
