MMC干预对不同血糖水平青少年人群的糖化血红蛋白HbA1c、胰岛功能C肽、INS、血糖水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(MMC)干预对不同血糖水平青少年人群的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛功能C肽、胰岛素释放试验(INS)、血糖水平的影响。方法:选取2020-01~2022-07不同血糖水平青少年人群60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(MMC干预,n=30)与对照组(常规管理,n=30),比较分析在不同管理方式下,观察组与对照组1型糖尿病高危青少年人群与2型人群的HbA1c、胰岛功能C肽、INS、血糖水平变化,同时比较两组青少年人群干预前后的BMI与疾病转归情况。结果:干预前,两组的1型糖尿病高危青少年人群与2型人群的HbA1c、胰岛功能C肽、INS、血糖水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组1型糖尿病高危青少年人群与2型人群的HbA1c、胰岛功能C肽、INS、血糖水平改善更优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前BMI无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组BMI明显更低,空腹血糖受损、糖尿病发生率明显更低,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生糖尿病酮症酸中毒。结论:在不同血糖水平青少年人群的干预中采取MMC干预能明显改善不同病型患者的血糖水平,同时还能改善体质量,提高疾病转归,预防不良事件发生,降低糖尿病发生率。 Objective:To analyze the effects of the intervention of the National Standardized Metabolic Management Center(MMC)on glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),C-peptide of pancreatic islet function,insulin release test(INS)and blood glucose levels in adolescents with different blood glucose levels.Methods:A total of 60 young people with different blood glucose levels from 2020-01~2022-07 were selected and divided into the observation group(MMC intervention,n=30)and the control group(conventional management,n=30)according to the random number table method.Under different management modes,the HbA1c,pancreatic islet function C-peptide,INS,and blood glucose levels of high-risk young people with type 1 diabetes and type 2 people in the observation group and the control group were compared and analyzed,At the same time,BMI and disease outcome were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in HbA1c,islet function C-peptide,INS,and blood glucose levels between the two groups of high-risk adolescents with type 1 diabetes and the type 2 population(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HbA1c,islet function C-peptide,INS,and blood glucose levels of the high-risk adolescents with type 1 diabetes and the type 2 population in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the BMI of the observation group was significantly lower,and the incidence of fasting glucose damage and diabetes was significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no diabetes ketoacidosis in the two groups.Conclusion:In the intervention of adolescents with different blood glucose levels,MMC intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose level of patients with different disease types,improve body mass,improve disease outcomes,prevent adverse events,and reduce the incidence of diabetes,which is worth promoting.
