摘要
目的探讨氨甲环酸注射液联合垂体后叶素预防前置胎盘产妇产后出血的效果及对凝血功能的影响。方法58例行剖宫产的前置胎盘产妇随机分为两组各29例。在胎儿娩出后,对照组注射垂体后叶素,观察组在对照组基础上给予氨甲环酸注射液。比较两组的产后出血量和凝血功能。结果观察组产后2 h、24 h的出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。产后24 h,两组的APTT、PT均较分娩前缩短,FIB水平均较分娩前升高(P<0.05);且观察组的APTT、PT均短于对照组,FIB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨甲环酸注射液联合垂体后叶素预防前置胎盘产妇产后出血效果较好,能有效改善产妇的凝血功能。
Objective To explore the effect of tranexamic acid injection combined with pituitrin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with placenta previa and its impact on coagulation function.Methods 58 pregnant women with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.After the fetus was delivered,the control group was injected with pituitrin,and the observation group was given tranexamic acid injection on the basis of the control group.The postpartum hemorrhage amount and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results The hemorrhage amount at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h after delivery,the APTT and PT of the two groups were shorter than those before delivery,and the FIB levels were higher than those before delivery(P<0.05);The APTT and PT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the FIB level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tranexamic acid injection combined with pituitrin has good effect on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with placenta previa,and can effectively improve the coagulation function of pregnant women.
