摘要
肝硬化腹水是肝病终末期常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医药治疗肝硬化腹水历史由来已久,不仅疗效显著,而且能够弥补西医治疗上的一些不足,诸如中药敷脐等一些中医特色疗法以及特色鲜明的少数民族疗法对于肝硬化腹水的治疗具有明显优势。综述近年来中医药治疗肝硬化腹水的相关临床研究,为其更好地应用于临床提供助力。
Ascites in cirrhosis is one of the common complications of end-stage liver disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating ascites due to cirrhosis.It not on-ly has remarkable curative effect,but also can make up for some deficiencies in western medicine treatment.Some tra-ditional Chinese medicine treatments such as applying traditional Chinese medicine to the umbilicus,as well as distinc-tive minority therapies have great effects on the treatment of cirrhotic ascites.obvious advantage.This article reviews the relevant clinical researches on the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,aiming to demonstrate its broad clinical application prospects.
