摘要
目的 构建智慧临床药学实践平台,探索智慧临床药学实践平台在妇产科临床药师培训中的应用。方法 构建集教学、实践、统计及评价于一体的智慧临床药师实践平台,利用智慧临床药学实践平台培训妇产科临床药师。结果 在智慧临床药学实践平台上建立了妇产科标准化的药学监护路径、用药教育模板、围术期药学服务规范及妊娠期哺乳期用药风险评估规范,利用智慧临床药学实践平台培训妇产科临床药师。结论 利用智慧临床药学实践平台实现了对妇产科临床药师的同质化、标准化培训,提高了妇产科临床药师培训质量,为妇产科临床药师培训提供参考及借鉴。
OBJECTIVE To establish intelligent clinical pharmacy workstation and explore the application of the workstation in training clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology.METHODS Intelligent pharmacy workstation was established for teaching,practice,statistics and evaluation.And this workstation was used to train gynecological and obstetric clinical pharmacists.RESULTS The standardized pharmaceutical care ways medication education template,perioperative pharmaceutical care specification and medication risk assessment specification during pregnancy and lactation were established and enchased in the intlligent pharmacy workstation.The intelligent pharmacy workstation was applied when training clinical pharmacists in gynecology and obstetrics.CONCLUSIONT The training of clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology is homogeneous and standardized by using intelligent pharmacy workstation,which can improve the qulity of clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology,This training model is worth of learning.
