摘要
“边”始终与中华民族发展与强盛息息相关,“强边”是实现社会主义现代化的重要支撑。纵观党的百年建设道路,从未忽视过边疆地区的重要地位,边疆发展政策也经历了“稳边安民”到“兴边富民”,再到数字信息技术赋能的“强边乐民”的演变。随着两个“一百年”奋斗目标的提出及党的二十大报告对现代化建设任务的阐释与明确,边疆地区于中国式现代化建设的重要性更加凸显,边疆地区亟须运用数字信息技术破解地缘政治复杂矛盾、价值实现障碍与地理区位困境,担负起中国式现代化建设过程中的边界安全之责、民族发展之需与向西开放之要,形成数字化治理体系、产业链数字赋能、数字化开放体系三条边疆现代化建设路径,为中国式现代化贡献边疆力量。
The"frontier"has always been closely related to the development and prosperity of the Chinese nation,and the""strengthening of the frontier regions"is an important support for the realization of socialist modernization.Throughout the century-long development of CPC,the important position of frontier regions has never been ignored,and the frontier re-gional development policy has also undergone the evolution from"stabilizing the frontier and safeguarding the people"via"rejuvenating the frontier and enriching the people"to""strengthening the frontier and rewarding the people"empowered by digital information technology.With the proposal of the two"centenary goals"and the interpretation and clarification of the tasks of modernization in the report of the 2Oth National Congress of CPC,the importance of frontier regions in Chinese modernization has increasingly prominent,and the frontier regions have urgent need to use digital information technology in solving complex geopolitical contradictions,obstacles to value realization and geographical dilemmas.We must shoulder the responsibility of frontier security in the process of Chinese modernization,satisfy the need for national development,and fulfll the demand for opening up to the west.We should endeavor to create three paths for frontier modernization:digital governance system,digital empowerment of industrial chain,and digital open system,so as to make contribution to Chinese modernization with frontier strength.
