摘要
紫花苜蓿中含有丰富的膳食纤维以及矿物质,具有较高的营养价值。通过溶剂提取法,利用不同的乙醇比例对紫花苜蓿茎叶进行提取,利用分光光度法分别对紫花苜蓿茎叶提取物中皂苷和黄酮质量分数进行测定,探究了不同乙醇比例对紫花苜蓿茎叶中皂苷和黄酮提取量的影响。结果表明:70%乙醇-水提取下的紫花苜蓿皂苷得率为3.05%,黄酮得率为1.76%,远高于50%乙醇-水提取物和水提取物中的皂苷和黄酮得率。通过对不同乙醇比例下紫花苜蓿茎叶含有的皂苷和黄酮质量分数测定,优化提取工艺,提高提取效率。
Medicago sativa L.is rich in dietary fiber and minerals,which has high nutritional value.Through the solvent extraction method,different ethanol ratios were used to extract the stems and leaves of Medicago sativa L.,and the mass fractions of saponins and flavonoids in the extracts were determined by spectrophotometry.The effects of different ethanol ratios on the extraction of saponins and flavonoids from stems and leaves of Medicago sativa L.were investigated.The results showed that the yield of M.sativa saponins was 3.05%and the yield of M.sativa flavonoids was 1.76%under 70%ethanol-water extraction,which was much higher than that of saponins and flavonoids in 50%ethanol-water extraction and water extraction.By measuring the mass fraction of saponins and flavonoids contained in Medicago sativa L.stems and leaves under different ethanol ratios,the extraction process was optimized,and the extraction efficiency was improved.
