摘要
在含CO_(2)气体油藏中,CO_(2)对油井固井水泥石的腐蚀给石油开采带来了严重的安全问题。基于CO_(2)对水泥石的腐蚀机理、水泥浆各种外加剂的作用机理,通过实验来遴选水泥浆体系中防腐剂及其比例,并确定其他外加剂添加量,最终构建出能有效防止CO_(2)腐蚀的水泥浆体系。此体系下的水泥浆需要的稠化时间能控制在3~5 h范围内,失水量小于50 mL,无自由液,水泥石在24 h内抗压强度大于14 MPa。所得的水泥浆和水泥石的其他各项性能也均符合室内实验和实际固井的要求。
In CO_(2)-containing reservoirs,the corrosion of CO 2 on cementite in oil wells poses a serious safety problem for oil extraction.Based on the corrosion mechanism of CO_(2) on cementite and the action mechanism of various admixtures in cement slurry,the anti-corrosion materials and their ratio in cement slurry system were selected through experiments,and the amount of other admixtures was determined to be added,and a cement slurry system for effectively preventing the corrosion of CO_(2) was finally constructed.The required thickening time of cement slurry was 3~5 h,the water loss was less than 50 mL,there was no free liquid,and the compressive strength was more than 14 MPa within 24 h.The other properties of the cement slurry and cement stone also met the requirements of the indoor experiments and actual cementing.
