摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加壳寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。选取240头断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头猪。对照组为基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加15、30、45 mg/kg壳寡糖。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,30 mg/kg组、45 mg/kg组仔猪末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05);各试验组仔猪腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。30 mg/kg组、45 mg/kg组仔猪的干物质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组钙和磷的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05),30 mg/kg组、45 mg/kg组血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著上升(P<0.05)。各试验组仔猪血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加壳寡糖可有效提高断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质表观消化利用率,通过提升机体免疫、抗氧化能力维持机体健康,添加量为45 mg/kg时效果较好。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding chitooligosaccharide in diet on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets.A total of 240 weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 20 pigs in each replicates.The control group was basic diet,and experimental group added 15,30 and 45 mg/kg chitooligosaccharide to the basic diet.The pre-test period was 7 d and the formal test period was 30 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the final weight and average daily gain of piglets in 30 mg/kg group and 45 mg/kg group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate of piglets in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter in 30 mg/kg group and 45 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum IgG and IFN-γcontent of piglets in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and serum IgM content in 30 mg/kg group and 45 mg/kg group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum T-AOC and SOD activity in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and MDA content was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of chitosan oligosaccharide in the diet can effectively improve the production performance and nutrient digestibility of weaned piglets,maintain the health of pigs by improving the immunity and antioxidant capacity of the body,when adding 45 mg/kg chitooligosaccharide has the better effect.
