Application of the teaching method of organ system based curriculum in orthopedic residency training

摘要 目的探讨以器官系统为中心的教学方法在骨科专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法将2020年3月至2021年2月在内蒙古医科大学第二附属医院培训的82名住院医师随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组40人,对照组42人。观察组采用以器官系统为中心的教学方法,对照组采用传统的以学科为中心的教学方法。比较两组住院医师在课堂情况、运用知识、能力培养3个方面的各项指标评分,以及理论知识、实践技能、病历书写和病例分析的成绩,同时调查两组住院医师对教学方法的满意度。结果观察组住院医师在课堂情况、运用知识、能力培养方面的各项指标评分均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组理论知识、实践技能、病历书写和病例分析的成绩均显著高于对照组,观察组总体满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论以器官系统为中心的教学方法有助于提高骨科专业住培效果,改善住院医师的学习质量和学习成绩。 Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching method of organ system based curriculum in clinical teaching of orthopedics.Methods From March 2020 to February 2021,a total of 82 undergraduates who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group adopted the teaching method of organ system based curriculum,and the control group adopted the traditional discipline-based teaching method.The scores of the two groups were compared in three aspects:classroom situation,application of knowledge and ability training,as well as the scores of their theoretical knowledge,practical skills,medical record writing and case analysis,and the satisfaction of the two groups of students with the teaching methods were investigated.Results The scores of the observation group in the three aspects of classroom conditions,application of knowledge,and ability training were significantly better than those of the control group,the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,medical record writing,and case analysis of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of organ system based curriculum is helpful to improve classroom teaching effect,and improve students'learning quality and academic performance.
