摘要
切割井施工中,普通法、爬罐法、吊罐法等传统施工工艺存在工效低,劳动强度大、作业环境差、成本高,安全性差等问题。中深孔爆破成井一次爆破高度一般低于7 m,少数情况高于8 m,且多失败。通过具体的工业实践,验证了16 m高切割井中深孔一次爆破成井的炮孔参数、主要爆破工艺、施工要点、炮孔堵塞、爆破网络连接等的可行性,每条切割井可节约成本8万元、提高功效10倍以上,可为中深孔一次爆破成井的推广和应用提供借鉴。
In the construction of cutting shaft,ordinary method,tank climbing method,hanging tank method and other traditional construction techniques have problems,such as low efficiency,high labor intensity,poor operating environment,high cost,and poor safety.Generally,the height of one-time shaft excavation by medium-deep blasting technique is less than 7 m,and few cases are more than 8 m,and most of them are failure ones.Through specific industrial practice,the feasibility of blast hole parameters,main blasting techniques,construction key points,blast hole blockage,blasting network connection and other details of the one-time shaft excavation by medium-deep blasting technique with hole height of 16 m were verified.Each cutting shaft can save costs of 80 o00 RMB and improve efficiency by more than 10 times.This study can provide a reference for the promotion and application of the one-time shaft excavation by medium-deep blasting.
