矿用无轨地下运人车座舱人因工效分析与优化设计

摘要 人因设计是影响矿用无轨地下运人车(矿用无轨人车)座舱安全性、舒适性的重要影响因素。矿山复杂作业环境以及作业空间限制,对矿用无轨人车座舱设计提出挑战。为有效提升矿用无轨人车的安全性和舒适性,采用Jack人机工效虚拟仿真软件对行业领域内应用较多的某款矿用无轨人车驾驶舱及乘客座舱进行虚拟仿真分析,提取影响驾乘人员可视域、可达域和舒适性的座舱设计元素,并开展实践研究,优化驾驶舱和乘客座舱的布局和设施,并对优化设计方案进行试验验证。结果表明,优化设计方案有效提升了驾驶员的可视域、可达域及舒适性,在一定程度上提升了乘客座舱的舒适性。 Human factor design is an important factor affecting the cabin safety and comfort of mine trackless underground transport vehicle(mine trackless vehicle).The complex working environment of the mine and the limitation of the working space pose challenges to the design of the cabin of the mine trackless vehicle.In order to effectively improve the safety and comfort of mine trackless vehicle,Jack ergonomic virtual simulation software was used to carry out virtual simulation analysis on the cockpit and passenger cabin of a mine trackless vehicle which was widely used in the industry.The cabin design elements that affected the visibility,accessibility and comfort of drivers and passengers were extracted,and practical research was carried out to optimize the layout and facilities of the cockpit and passenger cabin,and the optimized design scheme was experimentally verified.The results show that the optimized design scheme effectively improves the driver's visibility,accessibility and comfort,and improves the comfort of the passenger cabin to a certain extent.
