河南某低品位钼铅矿选矿试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a Low Grade Molybdenum-Lead Ore in Henan

摘要 河南某钼铅矿主要有价元素钼和铅的品位均较低,分别为0.083%和0.32%,钼、铅矿物共生关系密切、可浮性相近,两者的高效分离分选是资源有效开发的关键。通过详细的工艺矿物学研究,开发合理、先进的选矿工艺,研发绿色高效铅抑制剂,确定采用“钼铅混浮-摇床重选-钼铅分离”联合工艺和“DP-1+水玻璃+巯基乙酸钠”组合抑制方铅矿,实验室全流程闭路试验获得Mo品位45.41%、含Pb 0.65%、Mo回收率85.55%的钼精矿和Pb品位56.31%、Pb回收率85.58%的综合铅精矿,实现了钼、铅高效分离,获得了质量合格的精矿产品,取得了良好的技术指标。 The grade of the main valuable elements molybdenum and lead in a molybdenum-lead ore in Henan is low,which is O.083%and 0.32%respectively.Molybdenum and lead minerals are closely related to each other and have similar floatability.The efficient separation and separation of the two is the key to the effective development of resources.Through detailed process mineralogy research,a reasonable and advanced beneficiation process was developed,and a green and efficient lead inhibitor was developed.The combined process of"molybdenum-lead mixed flotation-shaker gravity separation-molybdenum-lead separation"and the combination of"DP-1+water glass+sodium mercaptoacetate"were determined to inhibit the lead ore.The laboratory's full process closed circuit test had obtained a molybdenum concentrate with a Mo grade of 45.41%,a Pb content of 0.65%,and a Mo recovery rate of 85.55%,as well as a comprehensive lead concentrate with a Pb grade of 56.31%,and a Pb recovery rate of 85.58%.High efficiency separation of molybdenum and lead has been achieved,and qualified concentrate products have been obtained,and good technical indicators have been achieved.
