摘要 为改良杭嘉湖平原粉土承载能力低和水稳定性差的工程特性,采用生物聚合黄原胶与水泥复合掺配的方法对粉土进行改良。探究了生物聚合物黄原胶对于粉土的适用性,得出黄原胶能够增强土粒间粘结性,促进土颗粒团聚,降低粉土孔隙率,从而提高粉土的力学性能和水稳性能。基于响应面法以黄原胶掺量、水泥掺量和含水量为影响因素,无侧限抗压强度和水稳系数为响应值,得出最佳掺配方式,并通过试验验证了该配合比的可靠性。通过扫描电镜SEM,同时借助图像分析软件IPP对改良土的微观形貌及孔隙结构进行了观测分析,探究了黄原胶-水泥改良土的固化机理。 In order to improve the engineering characteristics of low bearing capacity and poor water stability of silt in Hangjiahu Plain,the composite mixing method of biological polymerized xanthan gum and cement was used to improve the silt.The applicability of biopolymer xanthan gum to silt was explored.It was concluded that xanthan gum could enhance the adhesion between soil particles,promote the agglomeration of soil particles,reduce the porosity of silt,and improve the mechanical properties and water stability of silt.Based on the response surface method,taking the content of xanthan gum,cement and water content as the influencing factors,unconfined compressive strength and water stability coefficient as the response values,the best mixing method was obtained,and the reliability of the mix proportion was verified in experiments.The micro morphology and pore structure of the improved soil were observed and analyzed by SEM and image analysis software IPP,and the curing mechanism of xanthan gum cement improved soil was explored.
