摘要
目的观察胸苷激酶1在子宫内膜癌中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年10月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院收治的48例子宫内膜癌患者(子宫内膜癌组)、52例子宫内膜增生患者(子宫内膜增生组)及50名进行健康体检的健康女性(健康组)为研究对象。观察各组一般资料,比较各组胸苷激酶1水平,比较分析胸苷激酶1在不同子宫内膜癌患者国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、组织学分级、肿瘤肌层浸润深度中的变化情况。结果子宫内膜癌组、子宫内膜增生组胸苷激酶1水平高于健康组,子宫内膜癌组胸苷激酶1水平高于子宫内膜增生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组胸苷激酶1水平高于Ⅰ期组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组胸苷激酶1水平高于Ⅱ期组,Ⅳ期组胸苷激酶1水平高于期Ⅲ期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。G2、G3组胸苷激酶1水平高于G1组,G3组胸苷激酶1水平高于G2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。≥1/2组胸苷激酶1水平高于<1/2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸苷激酶1在子宫内膜癌患者中呈高表达,FIGO分期越高则胸苷激酶1水平越高,组织学分级越高则胸苷激酶1水平越高,肿瘤肌层浸润深度越高则胸苷激酶1水平越高。
Objective To observe the value of thymidine kinase 1 in endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 48 patients with endometrial cancer(endometrial cancer group),52 patients with endometrial hyperplasia(endometrial hyperplasia group),and 50 healthy women(health group)who underwent health examinations were selected as the research subjects from January 2020 to October 2022 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University.The general data of each group were observed,and the level of thymidine kinase 1 was compared among the three groups.In addition,the changes in thymidine kinase 1 in endometrial cancer patients with different International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stages,histological grades,and depths of tumor infiltration were analyzed and compared.Results The level of thymidine kinase 1 in the endometrial cancer group and in the endometrial hyperplasia group was higher than that in the healthy group,and that in the endometrial cancer group was higher than that in the endometrial hyperplasia group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The level of thymidine kinase 1 in FIGO stageⅡ,ⅢandⅣpatients was higher than that in stageⅠpatients,the level in stageⅢandⅣpatients was higher than that in stageⅡpatients,and the level in stageⅣpatients was higher than that in stageⅢpatients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of histological grades,the level of thymidine kinase 1 in G2 and G3 was higher than that in G1,and the level in G3 was higher than that in G2,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The level of thymidine kinase 1 in patients with tumor infiltration depth ≥ 1/2 was higher than that in patients with tumor infiltration depth <1/2, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Thymidine kinase 1 is highly expressed in endometrial cancer patients. The higher the FIGO stage, the higher the level of thymidine kinase 1, the higher the histological grade, the higher the level of thymidine kinase 1, and the higher the depth of muscular infiltration, the higher the level of thymidine kinase 1.
