摘要
目的探讨2021年《化妆品监督管理条例》实施后,化妆品不良反应监测会审法和化妆品快速检测法对化妆品风险监测质量的影响。方法利用化妆品不良反应监测会审法和化妆品快速检测法收集化妆品安全风险信息。结果化妆品不良反应监测会审法有效提高化妆品不良反应报告质量,优秀报告构成比由2020年的74.19%提高至2021年的87.50%,良好及以下报告呈下降趋势;化妆品快速检测法在筛查化妆品非法添加化学物质可疑产品时充分发挥前沿作用。结论《化妆品监督管理条例》实施后,化妆品风险监测质量较前提高,为化妆品的科学监管提供技术支撑。
Objective To explore the influence of the joint examination of adverse reaction monitoring of cosmetics and the rapid detection of cosmetics on the quality of cosmetic risk monitoring after the implementation of the Regulation of Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics in 2021.Methods The safety risk information of cosmetics was collected by the methods of the joint examination of adverse reaction monitoring of cosmetics and the rapid detection of cosmetics.Results The joint examination method of cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring effectively improved the quality of cosmetic adverse reaction reports.The proportion of excellent reports increased from 74.19%in 2020 to 87.50%in 2021.Reports of good quality and below showed a downward trend.The rapid detection of cosmetics played a leading role in the screening of products suspected of illegally adding chemical substances.Conclusion The quality of cosmetics risk monitoring has been improved under the Regulation of Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics,which provides technical support for the scientific supervision of cosmetics.
