华北平原区蒙古栎幼苗栽培条件研究

Study on the cultivation conditions of Quercus mongolica seedlings in the North China Plain

摘要 为解决华北平原地区蒙古栎幼苗生长发育不良、黄叶焦边问题,以蒙古栎2年生幼苗为材料,采用L_(16)(4^(5))正交试验设计,通过多重比较、方差和极差分析以及最佳处理组与对照组生理指标的对比,研究遮阴、FeSO4、有机质和微量元素对蒙古栎生长的影响,以期为华北平原地区蒙古栎幼苗的健康生长提供依据。结果表明:(1)方差分析中只有遮阴对苗高、基径、茎叶干重、茎叶鲜重、根鲜重、根干重影响显著,FeSO_(4)、有机质和微量元素对蒙古栎生长指标的影响均未达到显著水平;(2)极差分析中遮阴对蒙古栎生长的影响占主导地位,其次是FeSO_(4),微量元素和有机质分别位居第三和第四;(3)正交试验中适于蒙古栎幼苗生长的最佳组合(处理7)为2层遮阳网、200 g/m^(2)FeSO_(4)、30%有机质和0%微量元素;(4)生理指标显示,处理7叶片的光合作用、抗氧化作用、光保护能力和抗逆性均优于对照组。华北平原地区蒙古栎幼苗对遮阴和FeSO_(4)表现敏感,试验筛选得到的水平组合可以有效缓解蒙古栎幼苗生长不良问题,有利于蒙古栎在平原地区的培育栽植和规模化生产。 In order to solve the problem of Quercus mongolica seedling growth stunting and yellow leaf char edge in North China Plain,two-year-old seedlings of Q.mongolica were used as materials,using the L_(16)(4^(5))orthogonal test design,through multiple comparisons,variance and range analysis,comparison of physiological indicators between the best treatment group and control group,the effects of shading,FeSO_(4),organic matter and trace elements on the growth of Q.mongolica were studied,so as to provide basis for healthy growth of Q.mongolica seedlings in North China Plain.The results showed that:(1)Only shading had significant influence on seedling height,base diameter,dry weight of stems and leaves,fresh weight of stems and leaves,fresh root weight,and dry root weight in the variance analysis,the effects of FeSO_(4),organic matter and trace elements on growth of Q.mongolica were not significant.(2)In the range analysis,the dominant factor affecting growth indexes of Q.mongolica was shading,followed by FeSO_(4),trace elements and organic matter ranked third and fourth,respectively.(3)The best combination(treatment 7)for the growth of Q.mongolica seedlings in the orthogonal experiment was 2 layers of shading nets,200 g/m^(2) FeSO_(4),30%organic matter and 0%trace elements.(4)Physiological indexes showed that photosynthesis,antioxidant activity,photoprotection ability and stress resistance of leaves in treatment 7 were better than those in the control group.Q.mongolica seedlings were sensitive to shading and FeSO_(4) in the North China Plain.The horizontal combination obtained by the experiment could effectively alleviate the poor growth problem of Q.mongolica seedlings,which was beneficial to the cultivation and planting and large-scale production of Q.mongolica in plain areas.
