摘要
通过对不确定度来源进行分析,构建了不确定度评定数学模型,并对影响不确定度的各个因素进行考察,计算各个分量的标准不确定度以及扩展不确定度,最终得出不确定度结果。当乳粉中氯酸盐含量为10.1μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为2.1μg/kg(k=2);高氯酸盐含量为20.1μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为4.2μg/kg(k=2)。测定结果的不确定度最主要来源于标准溶液的配制以及样品溶液的制备过程。本研究可为实验室对高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定驼乳粉中氯酸盐与高氯酸盐的过程和结果进行有效质量控制提供参考。
Evaluating the uncertainty of chlorate and perchlorate determination in infant formula by High-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).By the uncertainty source analysis,the mathematical model of assessment of uncertainty is established,and inspect the factors affecting uncertainty and calculating the standard uncertainty of individual components.Finally,the expansion uncertainty is obtained.When the content of chlorate in the milk powder is 10.1μg/kg,its expansion uncertainty is 2.1μg/kg(k=2);the content of the perchlorate is 20.1μg/kg,its expansion uncertainty It was 4.2μg/kg(k=2).showed that the uncertainty of the measurement results are primarily derived from the preparation of standard solutions and the preparation process of the sample solution.This study can provide a reference for the laboratory to carry out effective quality control of the process and results of the determination of chlorate and perchlorate in infant formula by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
