一种针对高残留防锈剂基材上水性单组分防腐涂料的研究与制备

摘要 基于高残留防锈剂基材表面,针对一种单组分水性防腐涂料中成膜物、助溶剂、润湿流平剂对喷涂效果和耐盐雾性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,当成膜物采用自产B4树脂、成膜助剂采用丙二醇甲醚、助溶剂为BYK-349,该种水性防腐涂料在高残留防锈剂基材表面具有良好的喷涂效果和耐盐雾性能。 Based on the substrate surface with high residual antirust agent,the effects of film-forming material,cosolvent and wetting and leveling agent in one-component waterborne anticorrosive coatings on spray painting effect and salt fog resistance were studied.The results show that when self-produced B4 resin is used as film-forming material,propylene glycol monomethyl ether is used as film-forming additive and BYK-349 is used as cosolvent,such waterborne anticorrosive coatings have good spray painting effect and salt fog resistance on the substrate surface with high residual antirust agent.
