摘要
基于大数据分析的机采井组优化技术,进行了现场应用。按照大数据技术原理确定的井组划分原则,采用“以注定采”的优化方式,实现对抽油机井组产液量准确的预测,给出了井组内各抽油机井1 a内的连续调控方案,解决了以单井为基础进行优化的有效周期短、沉没度波动大的问题。有效的延长了检泵周期,降低了机采井能耗及日常维修维护成本,满足了机采井低成本开发的需要,实现开发效益最大化,年创效益111.25万元,为后期油田智能化建设提供技术支撑。
The optimization technology of machine production well group based on big data analysis has been applied in the field.According to the principle of well group division determined by the principle of big data technology,the optimization method of the“destined for recovery”is used to achieve the accurate prediction of the fluid production of the well group for pumping unit well,to provide the continuous control and adjustment plan of each pumping unit well in the well group within one year,and to solve the problems of short effective period and large fluctuation of subsidence degree based on single well optimization,which effectively prolongs the cycle of pump inspection,reduces the energy consumption and daily maintenance costs of machine production well,meets the needs of low-cost development of machine production well,and maximizes development benefits.The annual benefits will be 1112500 yuan,providing technical support for the later intelligent construction of oilfields.
