摘要
为了更好地推广聚氨酯(PU)改性沥青在工程中的应用,选择毒性较低,储存稳定性好的多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)分别与聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇(PEA)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)合成两种PU预聚体并制备PU改性沥青。通过测定软化点差值分析改性剂与沥青的相容性,并通过动态剪切流变(DSR)试验、多应力重复蠕变(MSCR)试验、弯曲蠕变劲度(BBR)试验对其流变性能进行分析。结果表明,PAPI型PU改性剂与沥青具有良好的相容性。相较于基质沥青,改性沥青的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗开裂性能均有所提升。PAPI-PEA型PU偏重于对沥青高温性能的改善,PAPIPTMEG型PU对沥青的低温性能改善更好。
Polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate(PAPI)with low toxicity and good storage stability was chosen to react with Poly(ethylene adipate)(PEA)and polytetrahydrofuran(PTMEG)respectively to synthesize two kinds of PU prepolymers and prepare PU modified asphalt in order to promote the application of polyurethane(PU)modified asphalt in engineering.The compatibility between modifier and asphalt was analyzed by measuring the difference of softening point.The rheological properties of modified asphalt are analyzed by dynamic shear rheological(DSR)test,multiple stress creep and recovery(MSCR)test,and bending beam rheometer(BBR)test.The results show that PAPI type PU modifier has good compatibility with asphalt.Compared with the base asphalt,both high-temperature rutting resistance and low temperature cracking resistance of the modified asphalt are improved.PU of PAPI-PEA type focuses on improving the high temperature performance of asphalt,while PU of PAPI-PTMEG type improves the low temperature performance of asphalt better.
