摘要
近年来,IT运维从被动运维逐步转向主动运维,从后台的技术运维逐步转向前台运营服务,有力支撑了集团信息系统的安全稳定运行,但在运维体系、运维管理、运维工具等方面还存在差距和不足。文章基于一体化运维平台,从运维体系建立、统一服务入口、运维质量分析等方面全面进行运维管理,以提高企业运维管理水平。
In recent years,IT operation has gradually shifted from passive operation to active operation,and from backstage technical operation to foreground operation and service,which has effectively supported the safe and stable operation of the group's information system.However,there are still gaps and deficiencies in operation system,operation management,operation tools and other aspects.Based on the integrated operation platform,this paper comprehensively conducts operation management from the aspects of establishment of operation system,unified service entry,operation quality analysis,etc.,to improve the level of enterprise operation management.
