摘要 声发射技术广泛应用于压力容器、航空航天和桥梁建筑等行业,与其他的无损检测方式相比具有检测效率高、检测时间短等优点。近年来,起重机设备事故频发,影响了生产效率和生命安全,研究起重机结构损伤的特征,开展起重机的安全监测是目前亟需解决的问题。为了实现对起重设备的在线监测,文中首先研究了起重机材料Q235B的裂纹特性,分析了拉伸试件在撕裂过程中所表现出的动态参数特征,然后基于起重机在不同载荷下所表现出的声发射特征,提出了一种基于VMD分解的多指标监测方法。该方法对裂纹信号进行了特征提取,并将特征信号进行多指标计算,通过监测多个特征指标实现起重设备的状态评估。研究结果表明:本方法能有效实现起重机的裂纹监测,适用于不同载荷和多种运行工况的条件,具有较高的可行性和准确性。 Acoustic emission technology is widely used in pressure vessels,aerospace,bridge construction and other industries.Compared with other nondestructive testing,this technology has the advantages of high detection efficiency and short detection time.In recent years,frequent accidents of crane equipment have affected efficient production and life safety,so it is urgent to study the characteristics of crane structural damage and carry out crane safety monitoring.To realize online monitoring of crane equipment,firstly,the crack characteristics of crane material Q235B are studied,and the dynamic parameter characteristics of tensile specimens during tearing are analyzed.Secondly,based on the acoustic emission characteristics of cranes under different loads,a multi-index monitoring method based on VMD decomposition is proposed.This method can extract the characteristics of crack signals,and use the characteristic signals for multi-index calculation,and realize the state evaluation of lifting equipment by monitoring multiple characteristic indexes.The research results show that this method can effectively monitor the crane cracks,and is suitable for cranes under different loads and various operating conditions,with high feasibility and accuracy.
