摘要
习近平关于国际传播能力建设的重要论述基于全球、多维和发展的视野,致力于发展好中国理论和讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音,从而积极呈现真实、立体、全面的中国,主动展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。这一重要论述,植根于博大精深的中华文化、马克思主义思想以及党领导各个时期国际传播工作的具体实践,立意高远、思想深邃,深入回答了为何要建设国际传播能力、建设怎样的内容、如何建设的重大时代课题。加强国际传播能力建设,必须要坚持党对国际传播工作的全面领导,以提升中国国际话语权为目标,不断拓展国际传播渠道,讲好中国故事,传播“中国之理”。习近平关于国际传播能力建设的重要论述,既有理论深度和时代高度,又有全球广度和实践力度,还提供了科学有效的方法指南,为增强国家软实力、推动世界各国协同构建人类命运共同体注入了强大动能。
Based on the vision of global,multi-dimensional and development,Xi Jinping’s important discourse on strengthening international communication capability is committed to develop Chinese theory,better tell Chi⁃na’s stories,and send out China’s voice,so as to actively present real,three-dimensional and comprehensive China,as the same time,actively show a credible,appealing and respectable image of China.It mainly comes from extensive and profound Chinese culture,Marxist thought,and the leading practice of international commu⁃nication in various periods of the Communist Party of China.It has lofty intentions and profound ideas,and deeply answers the major issues of the times of“why,what and how to build international communication capa⁃bility”.To strengthen international communication capability,we should adhere to overall leadership over inter⁃national communication of the Communist Party of China,with the goal of strengthening China’s voice in inter⁃national affairs,innovate the international communication discourse system,tell better stories about China,spread the Chinese doctrine.Xi Jinping’s important statement on streghthening international communication capability,which has both theoretical depth and height of the times,as well as global breadth and practical strength,also provides a scientific methodological guide.It injects strong momentum into strengthening national soft power and promoting countries around the world to jointly build a global community of shared future.
