摘要
目的初步构建“互联网+”癌痛患者管理及延续护理信息平台的功能模块。方法通过文献检索初步拟定信息平台功能模块。采用目的抽样法选取20名癌症、疼痛相关临床管理专家,通过Delphi法对信息平台功能模块进行2轮专家函询。结果最终确立癌痛患者管理及延续护理信息平台功能模块的指标,包含3项一级指标(系统管理端、患者端APP、医护端APP)、14项二级指标、40项三级指标,指标重要性得分为4.60~4.95分,变异系数为0.04~0.20,肯德尔和谐系数为0.105,专家权威系数为0.870。结论本研究构建的“互联网+”癌症患者疼痛管理及延续护理信息平台功能模块具有科学性、可靠性及重要性,能为癌症患者疼痛信息的优化管理及远程居家照护服务的实践提供证据支持。
Objective To preliminarily construct the functional modules of the"Internet+"information platform for pain management and continuous nursing care in cancer patients.Methods The function module of the information platform was preliminarily drawn up through literature retrieval.A total of 20 cancer and pain-related clinical management experts were selected by purpose sampling method,and 2 rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted on information platform function modules by Delphi method.Results The index of the functional module of the patient pain management and continuous nursing information platform was finally established,including 3 first-level indicators(system management terminal,patient-side APP,and medical-care terminal APP),14 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators.Among them,the index importance score of indicators was 4.60-4.95,the coefficient of variation was 0.04-0.20,the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.105,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.870.Conclusion The functional modules of the"Internet+"information platform for pain management and continuation of nursing care for cancer patients constructed in this study are scientific,reliable,and important,which provide evidence support for the optimal management of pain information and the practice of remote home care services for cancer patients.
