摘要
为探究煤矿工人职业危害要素与职业性肌肉骨骼疾患之间的关系,以陕煤集团柠条塔矿业有限公司一线作业人员为研究对象,采用调查问卷收集相关信息,结合χ2检验和二元Logistic回归对问卷数据进行分析,构建2种不同的回归模型,得出各因素对矿工职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的影响并给出拟合方程。结果表明:相对于向前LR法得出的回归模型,向后LR回归模型拟合优度、预测准确度更优;司机、凿岩工和支护工是煤矿工人发生腰部肌肉骨骼疾患的高危工种,工作中有时搬运重物(每次大于20 kg)、频繁长时间坐位工作、有时长时间蹲/跪工作、经常以不舒服体位搬举重物、经常稍微弯腰工作、手经常保持在肩部以下水平、空间迫使经常保持同一姿势工作、经常因脚底打滑摔倒是影响矿工腰部患病的重要因素。
In order to explore the relationship between occupational hazard factors and occupational musculoskeletal disorders in coal miners,the first-line operators from Shaanxi Coal Group Ningtiaota Mining Co.,Ltd.were taken as the research object.Relevant information was collected by questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by chi-square test and binary Logistic regression.Two different regression models were build to determine the influence of each factor on occupational musculoskeletal disorders in miners and the fitting equation was given.The results show that compared with the regression model obtained by the forward LR method,the backward LR regression model has better goodness of fit and prediction accuracy.Drivers,rock drillers and support workers are at high risk for lumbar musculoskeletal disorders in coal miners.There are some important factors affecting the miners’waist disease,such as sometimes carrying heavy objects(more than 20 kg each time),frequent and prolonged sitting at work,sometimes squatting/kneeling for long time to work,often lifting weights in uncomfortable positions,often slightly bent down to work,hands often keep below the shoulder level,often work to keep the same posture because of space force,and often fall because the soles of feet slip.
