复配土与施加氮肥对羊柴光合生理及生长状况的影响研究

摘要 为改善风沙土的持水、保肥等性能。以风沙土和黄绵土进行复配成土,并施用氮肥,探究了不同复配土比例(0%、25%、50%、75%)与不同氮肥施用量(0、120、240、360 kg/hm^(2))对羊柴光合生理及生长状况的影响。结果表明:复配土与施用氮肥的交互作用下,随着配土中黄绵土比例以及氮肥水平的增加,羊柴Pn、Tr、Gs、Ci含量均呈先升后降的趋势,WUE无明显规律变化;施肥量120 kg/hm^(2)对羊柴生长发育,及光合作用的影响效果最佳。且处理6(复配土配比为25%,氮肥施用量为120 kg/hm^(2))时对羊柴生长发育,及光合作用的影响效果最佳。 This paper is to improve the water-holding and fertilizer-holding properties of aeolian sandy soil.Aeolian sandy soil and loess soil were mixed to form soil,and nitrogen fertilizer was applied to explore the effects of different proportions of mixed soil(0%,25%,50%and 75%)and different nitrogen fertilizer application rates(0,120,240 and 360 kg/hm^(2))on photosynthetic physiology and growth of Hedysarum mongolicum.Under the interaction of compound soil and applying nitrogen fertilizer,with the increase of the proportion of loess in the compound soil and the level of nitrogen fertilizer,the contents of Pn,Tr,Gs,and Ci in the mixed soil increased first and then decreased,while WUE did not change regularly;The effect of 120 kg/hm^(2) fertilization on the growth,development,and photosynthesis of Hedysarum mongolicum was the best.Treatment 6(25%of compound soil and 120 kg/hm^(2) of nitrogen fertilizer)had the best effect on the growth,development,and photosynthesis of Hedysarum mongolicum.
