摘要
先天性食管闭锁是一种严重的先天性消化道畸形,外科治疗可恢复结构但不能完全恢复功能。患儿在长期生存中面临非经口到经口喂养的挑战,21%~84%的患儿出现吞咽困难,导致术后出现肺部疾病、语言发育障碍、营养不良等严重并发症。该文介绍食管闭锁儿童非经口到经口喂养管理中的影响因素,以及基于临床吞咽评估程序的先天性食管闭锁儿童主导的家庭中心式的多学科协作模式,以期调整先天性食管闭锁儿童的喂养观念,为其由非经口到经口喂养提供适宜方案。
Congenital esophageal atresia(CEA)is a serious congenital digestive tract malformation.Surgical treatment can restore the structure but not the function.Children with CEA face the challenge of non-oral to oral feeding in the long-term survival.Among children with CEA,21%-84% have dysphagia,which leads to serious complications such as lung disease,language development disorders,and malnutrition.This paper introduces the key factors of non-oral to oral feeding in children with CEA and the family-centered multidisciplinary collaboration model of CEA children based on the clinical swallowing assessment program,so as to give correct feeding information of CEA children and provide an appropriate scheme for their non-oral to oral feeding.
