管腔PCD五类指示卡在过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌批量监测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究管腔PCD五类指示卡在过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果批量监测中的应用价值,以规范选择过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌批量监测指示物。方法:于2022年1月~2022年3月,分别采用物理监测法、第一类化学指示卡监测法、五类卡管腔化学PCD监测法对强生100S等离子灭菌器内管腔器械的灭菌效果进行监测,比较各种方法监测的灭菌合格情况。结果:五类卡管腔化学PCD监测法器械拦截率明显高于物理监测法、第一类化学指示卡监测法(P<0.05),而五类卡管腔化学PCD监测法监测结果与生物监测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。减少装载组管腔PCD五类指示卡测得的灭菌合格率显著高于习惯装载组(P<0.05),而减少装载组、习惯装载组的物理监测法、第一类化学指示卡监测法的监测合格率比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:管腔PCD五类指示卡批量监测过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果安全快捷,准确性较高,尤其是在管腔器械装载量变化中有明显的监测作用,可为过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器械批次放行提供依据。 Objective:To explore the application value of lumen PCD five types of indicator cards in batch monitoring of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization effect,so as to standardize the selection of indicators for batch monitoring of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization.Methods:From January 2022 to March 2022,the sterilization effect of lumen instruments in Johnson 100s plasma sterilizer was monitored by physical monitoring method,class I chemical indicator card monitoring method and class V card lumen chemical PCD monitoring method.The sterilization quality monitored by various methods was compared.Results:The interception rate of the five types of lumen chemical PCD monitoring method was significantly higher than that of the physical monitoring method and the first type of chemical indicator card monitoring method(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the results of chemical PCD monitoring and biological monitoring in the lumen of five kinds of cards(P>0.05).The sterilization qualification rate measured by the five types of PCD indicator card in the lumen of the reduced loading group was significantly higher than the habitual loading group(P<0.05),while the comparison of the monitoring qualification rates of the physical monitoring method and the first type of chemical indicator card monitoring method between the reduced loading group and the habitual loading group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The batch monitoring of hydrogen peroxide lowtemperature plasma sterilization effect by lumen PCD five type indicator card is safe,fast and accurate,especially in the change of lumen device loading,which can provide a basis for the batch release of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization devices.
