摘要
目的构建以专科护理门诊为主的脑卒中出院患者延续护理方案,为脑卒中出院患者提供全面规范的延续护理干预措施。方法通过文献查阅、小组讨论初步拟订护理方案,对19名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,根据专家意见对指标进行修改。结果2轮问卷的回收率分别为95.00%和100%,专家权威系数为0.900,2轮专家函询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.320和0.383,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终构建的护理方案包括一级指标5个、二级指标18个、三级指标38个。结论运用德尔菲法构建以专科护理门诊为主的脑卒中出院患者延续护理方案具有可靠性和适用性,对脑卒中出院患者的延续护理有一定的指导意义。
Objective To construct a continuous nursing program for stroke patients discharged from the hospital based on nurse-led clinics,so as to provide comprehensive and standardized continuous nursing intervention measures for stroke patients discharged from the hospital.Methods Through literature review and group discussion,a preliminary nursing plan was drawn up.Delphi expert inquiry method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert inquiry by 19 experts,and the index was modified according to the expert opinion.Results The effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert letter inquiries were 95.00%and 100%,and the authoritative coefficient of the second round of expert inquiry was 0.900.The Kendall′s coefficient of 2 rounds of expert inquiries were 0.320 and 0.383 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Finally,the nursing program included 5 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,and 38 third-level indicators.Conclusion The Delphi method is reliable and applicable to constructing the continuous nursing plan for discharged stroke patients,which is mainly based on nurse-led clinics and has certain guiding significance for the continuous nursing of discharged stroke patients.
