新型防堵塞高负荷人工土壤滤池处理系统设计

摘要 我国乡镇和农村的自然环境以及经济收入等现实条件,使得传统的市政集中式污水处理工艺难以适应分散式农村污水治理要求。基于农村生活污水治理的新理念,研制出一套新型人工土壤滤池处理系统,主要包括预处理系统、立体多层式滤池系统、出水回用系统及辅助模块。该系统对化学需氧量、氨氮、总磷、悬浮物的去除效果显著,避免了传统滤池堵塞现象,同时节约占地面积、降低运营成本,应用前景广阔。 The natural environment and economic income of towns and villages in China make the traditional municipal centralized sewage treatment process difficult to meet the requirements of decentralized rural sewage treatment.Based on the new concept of rural domestic sewage treatment,a new set of artificial soil filter treatment system was developed,mainly including pretreatment system,three-dimensional multi-layer filter system,effluent reuse system and auxiliary modules.The system has remarkable removal effect on chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and suspended solids and avoids the blockage of traditional filter,saves floor space,reduces operating costs with has broad application prospects.
