水下采样机器人工业设计方案筛选系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决目前水下采样机器人设计缺乏完整的方案评价系统和流程,无法科学进行方案筛选的问题,提出一种筛选系统模型。采用SET,AHP与TOPSIS相结合的方法,通过调研分析SET因素发现产品机会缺口,并转化为设计准则,引入AHP建立阶梯层次结构模型,得到产品准确设计指标及其权重。采用TOPSIS法进行评价,对方案的设计指标评分形成决策矩阵,并与AHP权重构造加权规范化评价矩阵,提取正负理想解,得到最终的方案优先级排序,引入案例对该理论模型进行验证。该系统模型应用于水下采样机器人设计方案评价中,实现了系统化的最佳方案筛选,使方案选择更具科学性与客观性,对水下采样机器人方案的设计与筛选具有一定价值。 In order to solve the lack of a complete scheme evaluation system and process of underwater sampling robot and the issue that the design plan cannot be selected scientifically,a screening system model was proposed to solve the problem.SET&AHP analysis and TOPSIS were combined to find product opportunity gaps and transforms them into design criteria through SET factors investigation.AHP was introduced to establish a ladder hierarchy model to obtain correct design indicators and weights of products.TOPSIS method was performed evaluation.The decision matrix was formed using design indicators scoring.Combined with AHP weights,it turned to the weighted normalized evaluation matrix,extracting positive and negative ideal solutions.The priority ranking of the final design was obtained.Cases were introduced to verify the theoretical model.The system model could be applied to the evaluation of underwater sampling robot design project.Therefore,systematic evalucation of the optimal design was realized,which made the scheme selection more scientific and objective.It had positive effects on the design and selection of underwater sampling robot project.
