摘要
本文以内蒙古自治区特色产业高质量发展标准体系为建设背景,紧扣“特、小、精、实”的建设思路,通过实地调研、资料检索、专家论证等研究路径,以河套灌区优势特色农产品河套食用葵花籽为研究对象,系统梳理产业发展现状,分析标准化水平及未来发展规划,构建完成河套食用葵花籽高质量标准体系,重点提出10项急需的地方标准,为接续打造“蒙”字标区域公共品牌、实现国际互认提供标准化支撑。
This paper takes the high-quality development standards system of characteristic industries in Inner Mongolia autonomous region as the construction background,and closely follows the construction idea of special,small,refi ned and solid,and takes the advantageous characteristic agricultural products of Hetao confection sunflower seeds as the research object,systematically sorts out the industrial development status,and analyzes the standardization level and future development plan through fi eld research,data retrieval,expert demonstration and other research paths.Finally,it forms a high-quality standards system for Hetao confection sunfl ower seeds,and puts forward 10 local standards in urgent need.It provides strong standardization support for continuing to build the regional public brand of“Meng”and realizing international mutual recognition.
